I was intrigued by this akashic record immersion session with Beth as I had a long term friendship going sour and I wandered if it was from a past life.
I was reassured of a safe space when Beth explained everything about our time together before we went into her guided meditation. This made me feel comfortable and enabled me to open up and be vulnerable which is something I can rarely do in my life for fear of being judged or laughed at.
