Adopted at birth in the 70’s, I yearned for answers to life’s big questions:
Who am I? What’s my purpose? Why am I here?
As a young person, I faced the painful experiences of bullying and the struggle of coming to terms with my sexual orientation. Those challenges left me feeling confused, invisible, unheard, silenced and disconnected from any happiness.
In my mid-20s, I decided I wanted to put the past behind me and take back control of my life, so I embarked on a personal quest; I left the UK to travel the world and rediscover myself, my voice, my tribe and my joy.
After two decades of exploration and personal growth, I uncovered the secrets to living a joyful life which ignited a fire within me to help other women who may be going through similar struggles of feeling lost, invisible and voiceless.
I now empower women to break free from limitations and embrace their passions, by sharing my own experiences and offering easy, practical tools, through individual & group coaching, workshops, speaking events & my ‘Passionate Pioneer’ podcast.
Guiding women through mid-life transitions and helping them create lives they love has become my life-long mission.
I believe that in leading a joyful life by example, we can create a world where every woman feels empowered, happy and fulfilled…
